These terms govern your use of popskw.com and any order you place with CHILL POPS. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

CHILL POPS is a Kuwait-based producer of no-added-sugar gelato sticks, ice pops and frozen desserts, selling directly to consumers within the State of Kuwait.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and you receive confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where delivery is not possible to the address provided. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout based on your delivery area. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait during the time slot you select at checkout. Because our products are frozen, someone must be available to receive the order at the chosen address and time. Delivery timings are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

5. Product information

Our products contain no added sugar. They are not marketed as medical or dietary treatment, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, please review the ingredient information for each product and consult your doctor where appropriate.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the CHILL POPS name, logo, product imagery and copy — belongs to CHILL POPS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kuwaiti law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
