Delivery is charged by area, from KWD 1.500 for most of Kuwait up to KWD 10.000 for Abdali. The full list is on our Delivery Areas & Prices page, and the exact charge for your address is shown at checkout.

We deliver frozen, across Kuwait, in about an hour.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver throughout the State of Kuwait.
Delivery times
Choose a two-hour delivery slot at checkout. Slots run daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Most orders arrive within about one hour of confirmation, in a refrigerated car so your order stays frozen the whole way.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged based on the distance between our kitchen and your address, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Keeping it frozen
Every order is packed in an insulated box and delivered in a refrigerated car — never pooled with other deliveries. Please transfer your POPS to a freezer as soon as they arrive.
Receiving your order
Someone must be available at the delivery address during your chosen slot. Our rider will wait a short time, but a frozen order cannot be left unattended or redelivered later the same day.
Delays
We make every effort to meet the slot you selected. Severe weather, road closures or courier issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order arrives outside your chosen window, our Refund Policy applies.
